The 3D Text Carousel is highly customizable and the settings you can change through XML are as follows:

Setting of the Carousel itself through XML:

1) The radius of the Carousel.
2) The Y axis tiltValue of the Carousel.
3) The rotationalSpeed of the Carousel.
4) The Menu Button Color.

Setting for the Menu Items through XML:

1) The Menu Names(as many as you want).
2) The URL's of the buttons.
3) Which window you like to open you HTML pages.
4) You can specific FrameLabels for gotoAndStop and gotoAndPlay

a) FrameLabelPlay.
b) FrameLabelStop.

If you wish to only target frames in you movie then just leave the URL tag in the XML blank and specify you frame label name or frame number.

Same goes for the URL's if u wish to go with URL's then leave the frame label tags in the XML file blank.

A help file has been provided to explain you better.
